Wisconsin Consulting Club's Applied Consulting program provides clients a chance to work with our top student members from all across the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Our team of carefully selected students are equipped with capabilities in data analysis, engineering, business performance, computer science, operations, and more. By working with our AC teams, not only will you receive impactful deliverables, but you will help propel the next generation of consultants.  

WHO WE WORK WITH 

Since its founding in 2019, the Wisconsin Consulting Club’s Applied Consulting Program has partnered with 26 unique clients across 33 projects ranging from early-stage start-ups and nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

Our teams bring together students from a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds, giving us the versatility to tackle challenges in nearly any industry. We seek out projects where we can deliver meaningful, actionable impact for our clients, while also creating valuable learning experiences for our members.

OUR PROJECT WORK

Each semester, the Wisconsin Consulting Club selects clients where our teams can deliver tangible impact. Every engagement is structured and closely supported: projects are led by a dedicated Project Lead and a team of four to five Student Consultants, with oversight from our Senior Advisory Board and the Vice Presidents of Applied Consulting.

 

Engagements typically span 10–12 weeks during the fall and spring semesters, ensuring enough time to dive deeply into client challenges and deliver thoughtful, actionable recommendations.
